Jet Taxis St Andrews is a local taxi service operating in St Andrews, Scotland, offering transport solutions including local journeys and airport transfers. As part of RR Apps’ research into the local transport market, this project involved analysing the Jet Taxis website to understand how competing services structure their online presence, capture enquiries, and position their offerings. The review focused on key areas such as user experience, call-to-action placement, mobile usability, and service presentation. Insights from this analysis were used to identify opportunities for improvement in conversion flow, content clarity, and local SEO targeting. This benchmarking process informed the development strategy for similar service-based websites, ensuring stronger positioning, improved usability, and more effective lead generation.
